I’m Terrence Cummings, former deliverer of Smiling Burgers, Chimp Grande for Jim Collins, McKinsey & Company consultant, and now Manager of Customer Strategy and Development at Linden Lab in San Francisco.
At work, I focus on consumer insights, competitive analysis, market research, organizational development, and strategic planning. In short, I find qualitative patterns where none exist. However, I’m more interested in the similarities between what makes both companies and personal relationships tick and function properly.
